📋 Description

• As a Retail Execution Specialist for Advanced Hydration at The Coca‑Cola Company, you will serve as the ultimate ambassador for brands like BODYARMOR, Powerade, vitaminwater, and smartwater, driving sales growth and maximizing brand presence in your assigned territory through in-store execution and merchandising.
• Day to day, you will identify sales opportunities, install and maintain creative displays, engage store personnel and consumers with product knowledge, execute promotional programs, collaborate with merchandising teams, gather customer insights, maintain territory accounts (including date code checks and plan-o-gram compliance), and utilize company technology for real-time reporting and analysis.
• You will join a dynamic, fast‑paced business unit fueled by entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, and ambition to lead innovation in the hydration category, working alongside passionate teams committed to winning in a competitive market.
• In this role, you will develop strong selling and influencing skills, gain hands‑on experience in retail execution and merchandising, enhance your ability to work independently across a large territory, and build expertise in customer insights and brand ambassadorship while contributing to the growth of iconic hydration brands.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or relevant experience required
• Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently within a large territory and multitask across a large number of stores
• Must have a personal vehicle, maintain an excellent driving record, and valid drivers’ license for use during work hours
• Must be able to lift upwards of 25-50lbs with frequent bending, reaching and kneeling
