  • • Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Advanced Hydration brands in-store, ensuring optimal brand presence and consumer engagement across assigned territory.
  • • Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase base business, optimize shelf space, and improve in-store productivity while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • • Install, maintain, and refresh creative point-of-sale displays aligned with branding initiatives to create consumer disruption and enhance brand visibility.
  • • Execute all sales programs and promotional initiatives with precision, ensuring customer compliance and maximizing brand potential through accurate implementation.
  • • Collaborate closely with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team to align on sales and merchandising plans, maintain inventory levels, and minimize out-of-stock occurrences.
  • • Conduct regular account visits to check date codes, manage adherence to plan-o-grams, replace decals or tags, and transport, build, and maintain point-of-sale advertising and coupon materials.
  • • Gather and report real-time customer insights including needs, competitive activity, and store-level feedback to inform internal strategy and improve customer goodwill.
  • • Utilize company-provided technology for daily reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking to drive data-informed decisions and in-store success.
  • • Interact directly with store personnel and consumers to deliver accurate product knowledge, answer questions, and foster positive brand experiences.
  • • Maintain full responsibility for territory account management, including scheduling, route optimization, and execution of daily tasks across a large number of retail locations.
  • • Work independently within a large geographic territory, managing multiple priorities with strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • • Adhere to all company merchandising standards and operational protocols while ensuring brand consistency across all retail environments.
  • • Perform physical tasks including lifting 25–50 lbs, frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods to support display building and in-store events.
  • • Operate a personal vehicle to travel throughout the Philadelphia territory, including long-distance driving as required, with a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
  • • Work occasional weekends and off-hours as needed to support in-store activations, promotions, and inventory cycles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
  • • Must be located in the greater Philadelphia area or willing to relocate at own expense
  • • Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean MVR compliant with company driving policy
  • • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and kneeling
  • • Strong selling skills with ability to influence store personnel using fact-based data, problem-solving, and creative thinking
  • • Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and multitask across a large territory

  • • Base pay range of $50,000–$54,000 USD
