- • Proactively identify and mitigate attrition risk among Mortgage Loan Officers using data-driven analysis of production metrics, system activity, and performance trends.
- • Develop predictive models and trend analyses using internal systems such as Encompass, CRM platforms, and reporting tools to anticipate attrition before performance declines.
- • Monitor Loan Officer activity indicators including declining application volume, reduced system usage, and changes in credit pull activity to detect early signs of disengagement.
- • Design, maintain, and update dashboards and tracking mechanisms to highlight key attrition risk indicators such as production declines, reduced activity levels, and expiring retention incentives.
- • Create executive-level reporting and data visualizations to communicate insights, risks, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- • Partner with Sales Leadership to interpret data trends and develop targeted, data-driven retention strategies aligned with business objectives.
- • Evaluate the effectiveness of retention programs, incentives, and engagement initiatives using data-driven methodologies and outcome measurements.
- • Initiate proactive outreach and conduct stay conversations with at-risk Loan Officers to understand sentiment, concerns, and career intentions.
- • Build trusted relationships with Loan Officers to foster open and candid communication about workplace factors impacting retention.
- • Provide recommendations and support resolution of concerns related to compensation, workload, tools, or team dynamics affecting employee engagement.
- • Review and analyze stay interview and exit interview data to identify recurring trends and root causes of attrition.
- • Collaborate with HR, Sales Leadership, and Operations teams to address systemic issues impacting employee retention and engagement.
- • Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with strict discretion and professionalism.
- • Apply familiarity with sales performance metrics in a commission-based mortgage lending environment to contextualize attrition risk and retention strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- • Experience in mortgage banking, retail lending, financial services, organizational development, or workforce analytics
- • Experience with mortgage systems such as Encompass or similar LOS/CRM tools
- • Experience conducting stay interviews, exit interviews, or employee engagement initiatives
- • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- • Familiarity with sales performance metrics in a commission-based environment
