- • Lead the evaluation and optimization of Sardine’s go-to-market (GTM) technology stack to ensure scalability in an AI-first environment.
- • Design, build, and maintain analytics infrastructure that tracks performance across the entire GTM ecosystem, including lead-to-cash funnel metrics and operational KPIs.
- • Deliver strategic insights and data-backed recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales leadership to inform decision-making and drive growth.
- • Act as an internal GTM Engineer by leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Engineer, v0) to rapidly prototype, build, and deploy custom tools, integrations, and automation workflows without waiting for traditional engineering resources.
- • Identify manual bottlenecks across the lead-to-cash lifecycle and engineer automated solutions to reduce human-in-the-loop friction and increase team velocity.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams to translate non-technical operational needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
- • Execute end-to-end projects and strategic initiatives focused on streamlining GTM operations and improving system efficiency.
- • Manage and integrate core GTM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Unify, Clay, n8n, and other automation tools to ensure seamless data flow and system alignment.
- • Apply advanced expertise in APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Clay, Workato, Tray.io) to sync data across the revenue technology stack.
- • Design relational data models and map complex business processes into clean, automated system logic to support scalable operations.
- • Maintain a builder mentality by transforming messy, manual processes into streamlined, automated, and scalable workflows.
- • Prioritize action over documentation—prefer building functional prototypes over lengthy requirements documents to solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems independently.
- • Continuously evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies to enhance the GTM tech stack and maintain a competitive edge.
- • Ensure data integrity and clarity across all GTM analytics by enforcing clean data architectures and actionable reporting standards.
- • Contribute to a remote-first culture by operating autonomously, owning outcomes, and delivering high-impact results without rigid scheduling constraints.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems with heavy emphasis on analytics and workflow automation
- • Proven track record of using modern AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Engineer, v0, etc.) to build functional tools, scripts, or workflows
- • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and multiple GTM tools (HubSpot, Unify, Clay, n8n)
- • Advanced experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (Zapier, Clay, Workato, Tray.io)
- • Strong ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes into automated system logic
- • Bias for action: self-starter who builds prototypes over writing lengthy requirements documents
