Revenue Accountant

📋 Description

• • As a Revenue Accountant Business Partner, you will be a critical part of the Hawk-Eye and Sony Global Finance Accounting (SGFA) Team, managing and overseeing revenue recognition and reporting to ensure complete and accurate monthly actual reporting.
• • You will report directly to the Head of Accounting and Reporting while interacting regularly with the wider Sony group, including Corporate Planning, Tax, Treasury, and BPO, and will be responsible for revenue recognition, intercompany transfer pricing, financial reporting and analysis, business partnering, strategic oversight, risk management, process improvement, audit and compliance, credit, and collections.
• • You will work within a hybrid model in Basingstoke, with two to three days per week in the office, as part of a fixed-term contract (9-12 months) with a salary up to £61,470.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in IFRS 15 revenue recognition, gain experience in multinational financial operations, drive process automation and efficiencies, and contribute to audit readiness and financial integrity across a global technology organization.
