📋 Description

  • The Revenue and Sales Operations Manager at Perseus Group (operating as WinTech) will collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to independently own key operational processes while strengthening relationships across customers, prospects, and partners. This role is critical to supporting revenue growth through improved sales operations, relationship management, and marketing enablement in a specialized pension software company serving actuarial professionals globally.
  • Day to day, the role involves maintaining a rolling quarterly view of customer renewals and expansion opportunities, owning execution of straightforward renewals, partnering with sales leadership to prepare for and follow up on meetings with consulting firms managing RFPs, driving outreach to potential strategic partners, identifying and qualifying new prospects, tracking and reconciling client user counts against internal records, maintaining accurate customer account data for renewals and invoicing, collaborating with marketing to refine messaging for industry events, leading customer outreach for webinars and user groups, and supporting partner and sales channel education on product offerings.

  • In this role, the individual can expect to gain deep exposure to revenue operations in a niche B2B software environment, develop cross-functional influence across sales, marketing, and customer success, build scalable processes for renewal and pipeline management, and contribute directly to revenue predictability and partner ecosystem growth while operating with autonomy in a small, high-performing team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience across sales/revenue operations, relationship management, and marketing operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
  • Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with leadership, external partners, and customers
  • Comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities within a small, highly efficient team
