📋 Description
- • The Revenue Cycle Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of Artera Technologies Inc. by managing end-to-end billing operations, resolving claim discrepancies, and supporting timely reimbursement processes. This position directly impacts the company’s ability to sustain innovation in AI-driven cancer diagnostics by maintaining accurate revenue flow and compliance with healthcare billing standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and submitting medical claims to insurance payers, identifying and resolving billing errors or denials, posting payments and adjustments, and following up on outstanding accounts receivable. The Associate will analyze billing trends and rejection patterns to recommend process improvements, collaborate with clinical, technical, and finance teams to address systemic issues, and maintain accurate patient account records in compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines.
- • The Associate will provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers by responding to billing inquiries, explaining charges and insurance coverage, and assisting with financial assistance programs when needed. They will also support prior authorization processes and coordinate with external billing vendors or clearinghouses as required.
