- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Yondr Group Limited, you will be the first point of contact for prospective schools and districts interested in Yondr’s phone-free solutions, playing a critical role in expanding access to distraction-free learning and live event environments.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects, generating and qualifying outbound leads through targeted outreach campaigns, evaluating inbound leads for potential value, conducting research to understand school-specific needs and pain points, coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups, assisting in developing strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency, collaborating on outreach optimization, identifying best practices to refine the lead-generation playbook, reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results to the Sales Manager, and acting as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment.
- • Yondr creates phone-free spaces for artists, educators, organizations, and individuals worldwide, with a mission to foster genuine connection, focus, and creativity by reducing technology distractions. The company operates primarily in the education and live events sectors, supporting schools with phone-free programs and helping top artists in music and comedy deliver distraction-free performances.
- • In this role, you will develop strong sales prospecting and lead qualification skills, gain deep insight into the education technology and live events markets, improve your communication and CRM proficiency, learn to align cross-functional teams around sales objectives, and build a foundation for advancement into account executive or sales management roles within a mission-driven, growing organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred, with bonus consideration for experience in Educational Sales
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
