📋 Description

• • As a Revenue Cycle Associate - Collections at BillionToOne, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for molecular diagnostic services by managing collections and appeals from federal, state, and third-party payers, directly supporting the company’s mission to make life-changing diagnostics accessible to all.
• • Day to day, you will verify claim submissions, review and update patient demographics, process and validate payer requests, investigate denied services, manage the full appeals lifecycle, utilize billing systems to maximize cash collection, analyze aging and denial reports, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and federal/state billing regulations while supporting department cash and DSO goals.
