  • • Own end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations for Sailor Health, serving as the business owner responsible for key KPIs including net collection rate, touchless claim rates, denial rates, days in AR, and cost to collect.
  • • Serve as the product manager for Sailor’s AI-native RCM stack, co-authoring product roadmaps with engineering and driving the continuous development of RCM-specific tools and workflows.
  • • Design and scale AI-driven workflows across claims management, denial resolution, QA, reconciliation, payment posting, and payer operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • • Build and ship real-time RCM dashboards and reporting infrastructure to provide operational visibility across the revenue cycle for cross-functional teams.
  • • Identify and eliminate reimbursement leakage, process bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the revenue cycle through data analysis and process optimization.
  • • Own credentialing, provider enrollment, fee schedule integrity, and operational aspects of payer relationships in close partnership with the Payer Growth team.
  • • Ensure a best-in-class patient billing experience that aligns with Sailor’s 5-star patient experience standard, minimizing confusion and maximizing transparency in billing and payments.
  • • Lead, grow, and manage the RCM team as it scales from a small foundation into a high-performing function.
  • • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Product, Payer Growth, and Patient Growth teams to align RCM strategy with company-wide goals.
  • • Use SQL and data tools to analyze operational performance, uncover edge cases, and drive data-informed decisions—no request is too small if it improves outcomes.
  • • Ship internal tools, automate manual processes, and take ownership of high-leverage initiatives that directly impact revenue and patient satisfaction.
  • • Maintain and enhance Sailor’s position in the top 5% of digital health companies for RCM performance while scaling operations across 49 states.
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for RCM-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution and continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
  • • Embrace autonomy and speed; operate with the ownership of a founding team member, taking initiative without waiting for direction.
  • • Contribute to a culture of excellence by taking personal pride in building systems that honor older adults and improve their healthcare experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years of relevant experience in RCM at a digital health company or a tech-enabled RCM organization
  • • Medicare / Medicare Advantage experience is a strong plus
  • • Proven ability to operate as a data-driven operator with strong spreadsheet skills; SQL experience preferred but not required
  • • Customer-obsessed mindset with deep understanding of how RCM impacts patient experience
  • • Excitement for using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) to automate workflows and increase output
  • • Demonstrated track record as a top performer in high-intensity, fast-paced environments
