📋 Description
- • As the Revenue Enablement Lead at Abridge AI, you will play a pivotal role in strategically enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our Sales and Partner Success teams. This position is designed for a highly organized and driven individual who thrives on identifying challenges within go-to-market (GTM) functions and architecting innovative solutions to overcome them.
- • You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive enablement programs tailored to the specific needs of our Sales and Partner Experience Success teams. This involves creating impactful, skill-based, and situational training that directly addresses performance gaps and fosters continuous improvement.
- • A core responsibility will be to partner closely with first-line sales and success managers. Your collaboration will ensure that enablement initiatives are seamlessly integrated into their team's daily operations, empowering managers to effectively coach and lead their representatives towards achieving ambitious targets.
- • A unique and exciting aspect of this role involves building GTM AI agents. Leveraging AI to minimize tactical, repetitive, or low-impact work is a key strategic objective. You will be tasked with identifying these areas of friction and utilizing tools like Attention.tech to build workflows and agents that free up valuable time for our sales and success teams, allowing them to focus on high-value activities.
- • You will be the custodian of our sales enablement assets. This includes creating, maintaining, and managing intuitive and effective documentation for sales processes, methodologies, and skills. Ensuring that these critical resources are easily accessible and up-to-date for the right people at the right time is paramount.
- • Providing ongoing, individualized coaching to sales and success representatives will be a key component of your role. You will focus on enhancing core sales skills, including discovery, negotiation, and aligning with established methodologies like Challenger, to drive consistent performance improvements.
- • You will collaborate with the Enablement Program Manager and other leads to support various critical enablement functions. This includes assisting with new hire onboarding, facilitating weekly update calls, contributing to CKO (Chief Knowledge Officer) planning, and supporting other strategic enablement programs as needed.
- • Working in close partnership with the Director of Revenue Enablement, the broader Revenue Operations team, and Sales and Success Management, you will be a key driver of measurable results across the entire sales funnel. Your efforts will directly contribute to pipeline growth, conversion rates, and overall revenue attainment.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement within the GTM organization. You will analyze performance data, gather feedback from the field, and translate these insights into actionable enablement strategies.
- • You will contribute to the continuous evolution of our sales playbook and enablement resources, ensuring they remain relevant and effective in a dynamic market landscape.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and the unique challenges faced by rapidly growing technology companies.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in sales enablement, AI in GTM, and adult learning principles to continuously innovate and improve our programs.
