- • The Revenue Enablement Specialist is a critical role within DoiT International’s Global Revenue Enablement team, responsible for empowering New Logo teams with the tools, messaging, and skills needed to win new customers and drive revenue growth.
- • Day to day, the specialist designs and delivers enablement programs for Account Executives and Sales Engineers, translates go-to-market strategy into actionable sales narratives, supports product launches, creates playbooks and training resources, collaborates with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, and measures the impact of enablement initiatives through data and feedback.
- • DoiT International is a global technology company specializing in cloud-driven solutions, partnering with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure to help over 4,000 customers worldwide optimize multicloud environments through its DoiT Cloud Intelligence platform, combining technology, data, and human expertise.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in B2B sales enablement, gain experience scaling enablement programs across multiple products and GTM motions, strengthen instructional design and facilitation skills, and directly contribute to improving ramp time, win rates, and sales effectiveness while working in a flexible, remote-first environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, training, or a related role supporting Account Executives, Sales Engineers, or new business sales teams.
- • Experience supporting or selling in a channel motion.
- • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, new logo acquisition strategies, and pipeline progression.
- • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex strategies and technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
- • Proven ability to design and deliver enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in ramp time, deal progression, and win rates.
- • Highly collaborative, with experience partnering across Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Success, and Operations teams.
