- • The Revenue Finance Manager plays a critical role in managing end-to-end revenue operations for Experian’s North America Partner Solutions business, ensuring financial accuracy and strategic alignment with business goals.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with sales teams as a finance advisor, translating revenue data into actionable insights for deal decisions and forecasting, serving as the primary contact for revenue-related inquiries from commercial and finance leadership, and producing executive-ready analytics on product mix, industry trends, and client portfolio performance.
- • The role involves overseeing sales compensation processes—including target setting, plan design, achievement tracking, commission payouts, and escalations—and leading the annual revenue budgeting and strategic planning cycle in coordination with senior leaders.
- • The position sits within Experian Consumer Services’ Partner Solutions team, which values precision, speed, and clarity, and collaborates closely with Global Financial Services and North American Strategic Pricing teams to ensure revenue and commission accuracy.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in revenue finance within a global information services leader, influence high-stakes business decisions, and build cross-functional leadership skills in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue accounting, or FP&A, preferably within technology, SaaS, or subscription-based business models
- • Proven expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606), sales compensation administration, and financial forecasting
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and experience using ERP or CPQ systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting complex financial insights to non-finance leaders
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining rigor, accuracy, and timeliness
