- • Conduct deep-dive analyses of revenue streams, customer behaviors, and market trends to identify key drivers of growth and areas for improvement.
- • Use statistical and analytical techniques to build predictive models that forecast revenue trends and uncover growth opportunities.
- • Regularly monitor and report on key revenue metrics, providing insights on performance variances and underlying causes.
- • Translate data insights into actionable strategic recommendations that align with organizational goals and drive revenue growth across multiple channels.
- • Identify, design, and recommend improvements to pricing, marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives based on data findings.
- • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop data-backed strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.
- • Create and present clear, compelling reports and dashboards that provide visibility into revenue performance and growth opportunities.
- • Deliver insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring complex data is accessible and actionable.
- • Regularly update leadership on emerging revenue trends, risks, and strategic opportunities.
- • Stay current with industry best practices and advanced data analysis techniques to refine the organization’s approach to revenue insights.
- • Proactively propose new data sources, tools, and methodologies to enhance analytical accuracy and relevance.
- • Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across reporting systems.
- • Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create intuitive and impactful dashboards for business stakeholders.
- • Apply A/B testing methodologies to evaluate the impact of revenue-related initiatives and optimize outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or revenue optimization roles
- • Proven ability to turn data insights into strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools
- • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- • Fluent or native-level English language skills (C1+)
- • Experience with A/B testing and reporting
