- • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making across our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be instrumental in enhancing our GTM efficiency, accurately forecasting revenue growth, and building the robust operational foundation necessary for our revenue engine to scale effectively. This is a hands-on position where you will directly influence the systems, processes, and workflows that power our GTM engine, contributing significantly to HappyRobot's rapid expansion.
- • As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will take ownership of our GTM systems, including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and sales engagement tools. This involves meticulous configuration, seamless integration of various tools, and proactive troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Your ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and efficient workflows, automated processes, insightful dashboards, and comprehensive reporting will be crucial for supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously optimizing core RevOps processes, such as lead routing logic, territory management frameworks, opportunity tracking methodologies, and data governance policies, ensuring data integrity and process consistency.
- • A key aspect of this role involves partnering closely with the broader Revenue Operations team, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. This collaboration will be essential for supporting accurate revenue forecasting, streamlining deal workflows, and enhancing overall performance visibility. You will also play a vital role in evaluating, implementing, and providing training on new tools and process improvements that drive efficiency and operational scale across the GTM organization. Your insights and contributions will directly impact our ability to adopt HappyRobot across logistics, supply chain, and operations teams, accelerating customer adoption and revenue growth. 🎯 Requirements
- • 4-7 years of experience in GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and common GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot).
- • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining workflows, automations, and reporting to support sales and marketing processes.
- • Familiarity with BI reporting tools (Mode, Looker, Retool, or similar) is required; SQL is a strong plus.
- • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, comfortable gathering requirements from GTM teams and translating them into scalable system solutions.
