- • As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Garner Health, you will serve as the functional 'engine room' for the revenue teams, ensuring smooth daily operations by managing data requests, troubleshooting workflow issues, and maintaining system integrity to support Sales and Client Management.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the first point of escalation for workflow issues, owning ad-hoc data requests and rapid-response analysis, partnering with GTM Systems & Data to maintain Salesforce and GTM stack hygiene, assisting in process design and documentation, maintaining performance dashboards, and refining key performance metrics to measure commercial organization effectiveness.
