📋 Description

• As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Deepgram, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s go-to-market engine by ensuring accuracy and efficiency across quote-to-cash processes, billing, and revenue operations in a fast-scaling AI-driven environment.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting CPQ workflows, reviewing order forms and amendments, provisioning customer contracts and subscriptions into internal systems, reconciling usage and billing data across CRM, product, and finance systems, and acting as a hands-on Salesforce administrator by building reports, maintaining automations, and ensuring data quality.
• You will join a dynamic RevOps team at Deepgram, a leader in the Voice AI economy powering real-time speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agent technologies for over 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations, where innovation, AI fluency, and rapid adaptation are core to how work gets done.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in revenue operations systems, gain hands-on experience with Salesforce automation and CPQ tools, strengthen your analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to scalable processes that support hypergrowth at an AI-native company backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience including administration, reporting, flows, and automations
• Incredible AI curiosity and capability, with demonstrated ability to use tools like Cursor and Claude to optimize workflows and improve processes
