- • As a Revenue Operations & Strategy Associate at Nooks Platform Inc., you will own critical systems and processes end-to-end, lead strategic initiatives with minimal guidance, and partner closely with GTM leaders to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, data-driven solutions.
- • Day to day, you will conduct deep-dive analyses into pipeline, conversion, segmentation, retention, and rep performance; build and maintain executive-level dashboards and forecasting models; lead end-to-end projects driving operational improvements; serve as the DRI for critical RevOps systems like forecasting, territory & quota management, lead routing, or commissions; and act as a subject matter expert across the GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Nooks, Gong, Clay, and forecasting tools.
- • Nooks is a high-growth AI Sales Assistant Platform (ASAP) backed by over $70M from top VCs including Kleiner Perkins, with 4x then 3x ARR growth over the past two years and plans to 3x it again this year, trusted by sales teams at HubSpot, Rippling, and hundreds more.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic judgment and analytical rigor, gain ownership of meaningful pieces of the revenue engine, build scalable systems that outlast your tenure, and position yourself for growth into senior revenue operations positions through direct exposure to all aspects of the revenue engine and close partnership with GTM leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in SaaS RevOps with demonstrated progression in scope and ownership; 4-6 years of total experience in investment banking, management consulting or related analytical roles
- • Subject matter expert in HubSpot and the modern GTM stack (Nooks, Gong, Clay, Claude/ChatGPT, forecasting tools) - hands-on when needed, and trusted to guide others
- • Strong analytical foundation: comfortable building complex models, running analyses, and translating data into insight by investigating root causes rather than stopping at the trend line
- • Systems thinker and owner: independently maintained, evolved, and documented critical systems, known for triaging issues fast
- • Comfortable with ambiguity: brings structure to undefined problems, evaluates trade-offs, and weighs broader business implications before recommending a path
- • Builder’s bias for action: creates scalable programs with measurable impact rather than one-off fixes
- • Exceptional communicator: clear and persuasive in presentations, writing, and stakeholder updates; effective at educating others on your domain
- • Empathetic toward reps: genuinely invested in their success and the quality of their day-to-day experience
