- • The Director of Revenue Operations at Intapp is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving scalable growth and productivity across the global sales organization, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to define and execute a best-in-class revenue operations strategy.
- • The role involves defining and leading the Revenue Operations strategy to improve productivity, scalability, and revenue performance across a 60+ person sales organization, focusing on forecasting, territory optimization, planning, and ad hoc analytics.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and continuously optimizing end-to-end go-to-market processes, driving automation and systems innovation, establishing data governance practices, delivering executive-level reporting and analytics, and acting as a trusted advisor to sales leadership using data and operational expertise.

- • Proven ability to define and execute Revenue Operations strategies in complex, global B2B or enterprise software environments
- • Deep expertise in designing and scaling go-to-market processes, systems, and workflows
- • Strong track record of owning outcomes, driving cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable business impact
- • Exceptional ability to translate data into insights, strategy, and action at both operational and executive levels
- • Skilled at aligning stakeholders, driving adoption, and communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including executives
- • Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams (or strong readiness to do so)
