• • The Revenue Operations Engineer is a pivotal role responsible for architecting and scaling the intricate systems that underpin Lumana's go-to-market (GTM) engine. This position serves as a critical bridge between our Engineering and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams, focusing on the development of automation, robust integrations, and a solid data infrastructure. The goal is to equip our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams with the precision and scalability needed to excel. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on building scalable systems that enhance GTM motions, automate complex workflows, seamlessly integrate disparate tools, elevate data quality, and empower revenue teams through elegant architecture and thoughtful design. You will not be responsible for carrying a quota or conducting product demonstrations. Instead, your primary focus will be on constructing the foundational infrastructure that makes our GTM teams faster, smarter, and more scalable.

• • Key Responsibilities:
• • Engineering & Systems Design:
• • Design, build, and maintain a suite of internal tools, automation scripts, and critical integrations that power Lumana's go-to-market workflows, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.
• • Own and manage data pipelines that span across our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, marketing automation platforms, product usage data, and various analytics tools, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• • Proactively improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of systems that are critical to our GTM success, anticipating future needs and challenges.
• • Debug and resolve complex technical issues that may arise across APIs, data synchronization processes, and third-party integrations, minimizing disruption and maintaining operational continuity.
• • Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to best practices in software engineering to ensure maintainability and robustness.
• • Enablement & Optimization:
• • Collaborate closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Product teams to translate high-level GTM requirements into actionable technical solutions and system enhancements.
• • Develop and implement automation strategies that significantly reduce or eliminate manual tasks for our sales and marketing professionals, freeing them to focus on strategic initiatives.
• • Create sophisticated dashboards, real-time alerts, and well-defined data models to provide critical support for forecasting, campaign attribution, and performance analysis.
• • Evaluate new technological tools and platforms from both a technical feasibility and architectural integration perspective, ensuring they align with Lumana's long-term GTM strategy.
• • Collaboration & Ownership:
• • Serve as the dedicated technical owner for key GTM systems and their associated integrations, ensuring their optimal performance and strategic alignment.
• • Actively influence system design decisions by advocating for long-term scalability and maintainability, ensuring our infrastructure can support future growth.
