  • • Bullpen Talent, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives in a hands-on, player-coach capacity, tasked with architecting and fortifying the operational backbone of our expanding SaaS revenue engine. You will be instrumental in elevating our forecasting precision, enhancing pipeline transparency, and constructing a robust framework that empowers our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operate with unparalleled clarity and accountability. This is more than just a reporting function; it's an opportunity to actively shape and drive our revenue performance.
  • • As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will take ownership of refining and scaling our comprehensive end-to-end revenue operating model. This involves a deep dive into existing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing scalable solutions that can support our growth trajectory. You will be responsible for establishing best practices and ensuring that our revenue operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • • A core responsibility will be to significantly improve our forecasting accuracy and provide executive-level visibility into revenue performance. This requires a sophisticated understanding of revenue metrics, pipeline dynamics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. You will develop and implement methodologies that enhance predictability and allow for more informed strategic decision-making.
  • • You will establish and enforce stringent pipeline governance standards and data integrity practices. This is crucial for maintaining a reliable and trustworthy revenue funnel. Your work will ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and accessible, forming the foundation for all revenue-related analysis and reporting. This includes defining rules, implementing checks, and driving adoption of data hygiene best practices across GTM teams.
  • • Designing and evolving seller productivity frameworks will be another key area of focus. This encompasses capacity planning to ensure we have the right resources in place, territory design and alignment to optimize market coverage, and performance modeling to set clear expectations and drive results. You will analyze current structures and propose innovative solutions to maximize the effectiveness of our sales force.
  • • Leading territory planning and coverage alignment is essential to ensure our go-to-market strategy is effectively executed. You will analyze market potential, customer segmentation, and sales capacity to create optimal territories that drive equitable opportunity and efficient resource allocation. This involves collaborating with sales leadership to ensure buy-in and successful implementation.
  • • You will act as a strategic partner to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Finance department, and other Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders. This collaborative approach ensures that RevOps initiatives are fully integrated with broader business strategies and that there is alignment across all revenue-generating functions.
  • • This role includes the exciting opportunity to oversee and mentor a small but impactful RevOps team, consisting of 1–3 dedicated individuals. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance, guiding your team to achieve their full potential and contribute significantly to the company's success.
  • • You will drive the continuous improvement of our CRM governance and revenue reporting architecture. This involves staying abreast of CRM best practices, implementing necessary updates and configurations, and ensuring our reporting tools provide accurate, timely, and insightful data to all stakeholders. You will be the guardian of our CRM's integrity and effectiveness.
  • • Furthermore, you will leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance data analysis and boost operational efficiency. Embracing innovation, you will explore and implement cutting-edge technologies that can automate processes, uncover deeper insights, and ultimately drive greater productivity and revenue growth. This forward-thinking approach will keep Bullpen Talent at the forefront of operational excellence.
