- • As the first dedicated Revenue Operations Lead at Matia, you will design and own the go-to-market engine from the ground up, turning a fast-moving startup into a repeatable revenue machine by building systems, data, and automation that align sales, marketing, and operations.
- • Day to day, you will own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, build pipeline reporting and forecasting, design lead routing and scoring, establish data hygiene, plan territories, and build automations using APIs, webhooks, and AI agents to remove manual work and scale outbound, enrichment, and personalization.
- • You will partner with sales and marketing to surface insights, support campaign tracking, build operational backbones for new GTM programs, and operationalize AI systems in production—monitoring, evaluating, and improving them over time.

- • In this role, you will learn to engineer GTM motions as systems, leverage AI agents and automation at scale, build cross-functional credibility with sales and marketing leadership, and gain end-to-end ownership of revenue operations in a zero-to-one environment—developing rare expertise in GTM engineering and AI-driven operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 or more years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company
- • Hands-on fluency with a modern GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and reporting tools)
- • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and automation tooling; ability to wire systems together and build workflows without relying on software engineers
- • Strong analytical skills and a bias toward action, even when things aren’t perfect
- • Excellent communication and ability to partner across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership
- • Obsessed with AI: instinctively seeks automation, leverages MCPs, and builds systems that compound
