- • As a Revenue Operations Lead for Ads Solutions at OpenAI, you will drive the strategy, planning, and execution of revenue initiatives that help advertisers leverage AI to achieve business growth while upholding platform integrity and user trust.
- • You will oversee end-to-end planning for Ads Solutions including capacity, headcount, quotas, and pipeline; build and refine capacity models; design and manage incentive programs; develop reporting frameworks; and liaise with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment.
- • You will join the Ads Solutions team, which partners closely with advertisers to understand their needs and inform product development that drives meaningful revenue growth on OpenAI’s platform, all while maintaining strong standards for trust and integrity.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-driven advertising ecosystems, advanced compensation modeling, cross-functional leadership in high-growth tech environments, and strategic revenue planning—positioning you to shape how AI creates value for enterprise customers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience in revenue operations, strategy, and planning at a high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into impactful insights
- • Proficiency in compensation plan design and modeling
- • Working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM and sales commission software
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Experience managing a team of 5+ operational team members
