- • Serve as the first Revenue Operations leader at Palette Media LLC, building the RevOps function from the ground up with full ownership and high organizational visibility.
- • Own and optimize HubSpot as the central CRM, including architecture, workflows, automation, and third-party integrations to support the full revenue lifecycle from lead to revenue.
- • Design and implement scalable, standardized processes across the entire revenue pipeline to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability as the company grows.
- • Define and maintain a clean, reliable source of truth for all revenue-related data, ensuring data integrity across Sales, Talent, Partnerships, and Finance teams.
- • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and monthly revenue performance.
- • Translate complex revenue data into actionable insights for leadership and go-to-market teams to inform strategic decisions and forecast accuracy.
- • Establish and refine forecasting methodologies and pipeline management best practices aligned with the company’s unique creator economy business model.
- • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales funnel and drive cross-functional improvements to enhance conversion rates and reduce cycle times.
- • Partner with Sales, Talent, Partnerships, and Finance to standardize definitions, KPIs, staging criteria, and attribution models across all revenue-generating functions.
- • Support compensation planning, territory design, and performance tracking to align incentive structures with revenue goals and creator partnership dynamics.
- • Create and own the RevOps roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and resource constraints in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- • Lay the operational foundation for future RevOps team growth, including hiring plans, tooling evaluations, and process documentation.
- • Act as the connective tissue between departments, influencing without formal authority to align teams around shared revenue goals and data standards.
- • Navigate the complexities of the creator economy, including hybrid revenue models involving services, talent representation, brand partnerships, and digital content monetization.
- • Bring structure and clarity to a high-growth environment where processes are evolving rapidly and ambiguity is common.
- • Evaluate and manage additional tools in the go-to-market stack—including attribution, forecasting, and reporting platforms—to enhance revenue visibility and decision-making.
- • Contribute to revenue planning and goal-setting with executive leadership, using data-driven insights to shape annual and quarterly targets.
- • Maintain a builder mindset: proactive in creating systems from zero, comfortable executing hands-on tasks while thinking strategically about long-term scalability.
- • Adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-moving startup culture with 80+ team members serving 200+ creators and managing over 45.8B monthly impressions.
