- • As a Revenue Operations Manager at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will partner with a high-growth sales organization to drive performance against key performance indicators and optimize sales operations to maximize team capacity.
- • You will own core SalesOps processes including lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management, while building and maintaining dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity.
- • You will work cross-functionally with enablement and business systems teams to launch initiatives, ensure process adherence, and troubleshoot data integrity issues to support sales team success.
- • Dandy is transforming the $200B dental industry by building a global operating system for dental practices, backed by leading venture capital and focused on simplifying every function through technology, innovation, and world-class support.
- • In this role, you will develop analytical insights, report trends to sales leadership, and contribute to forecasting and pipeline reviews to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
- • You will gain hands-on experience optimizing a modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong) and shaping scalable processes in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into action
- • GTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)
- • Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
- • Ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion and deliver high-quality results
