- • Vanta is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the effectiveness of our go-to-market strategy. This pivotal role will serve as the operational backbone for our NAMER Downmarket Sales organization, partnering directly with Sales leadership and frontline managers to optimize performance and fuel scalable growth.
- • As a RevOps Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping how Vanta operates by owning critical reporting and analytics functions. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex sales data into clear, actionable insights that empower Sales leadership to make informed strategic decisions. This involves deep dives into pipeline health, conversion trends, sales performance metrics, and identifying key drivers of success and areas for improvement.
- • You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust dashboards using tools like Salesforce and Tableau. These dashboards will provide real-time visibility into the sales funnel, enabling proactive identification of opportunities and challenges. Your analytical prowess will be key in surfacing trends, forecasting accuracy, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance sales execution.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves direct partnership with Sales leaders and frontline managers. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying bottlenecks in current processes, improving pipeline visibility, and implementing workflow and operational enhancements that directly boost sales efficiency and overall effectiveness. This collaborative approach ensures that operational strategies are aligned with the day-to-day needs of the sales team.
- • This position also entails leading strategic operational projects aimed at refining forecasting accuracy, optimizing pipeline management, structuring territories effectively, and enhancing overall sales productivity. You will manage these projects from initial scoping through to successful execution, coordinating with various cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
- • You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable process improvements across our core GTM systems, including Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and other related platforms. This ensures that our operational infrastructure can support Vanta's rapid growth and evolving business needs, maintaining efficiency and data integrity.
- • Supporting core operating cadences is another key responsibility. You will ensure that leadership has access to accurate data, insightful analysis, and concrete recommendations for critical meetings such as forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and business reviews, thereby facilitating effective strategic discussions.
- • Furthermore, you will manage the RevOps case queue, working closely with frontline sales teams to resolve operational issues. This hands-on engagement will provide you with a deep understanding of the daily challenges faced by the sales team, uncovering opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with counterparts in Marketing Operations, GTM Analytics, and Finance to guarantee data accuracy, align processes across departments, and maintain consistent reporting standards across all systems. This cross-functional synergy is vital for a unified and effective GTM strategy.
- • Success in this role requires a proactive, self-starter mindset. You will be expected to identify problems before they arise and drive solutions independently, while also being adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Your ability to develop deep expertise in SaaS revenue operations, covering the full pre-sales funnel, will be critical.
