- • As a Revenue Operations Manager at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will partner with a high-growth sales organization to drive performance against key performance indicators and optimize sales operations to maximize team capacity.
- • You will own core SalesOps processes including lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management, while building and maintaining dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity.
- • You will report and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, troubleshoot data integrity issues, and ensure process and policy adherence across the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Gong.
- • You will work cross-functionally with enablement and business systems teams to launch new initiatives, support forecasting cadences, and ensure the sales team is set up for success through operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into action
- • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- • Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
- • Ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion and deliver high-quality results
- • Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
- • GTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)
- • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
