- • As a Revenue Operations Manager at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will partner with a high-growth sales organization to drive performance against key performance indicators and optimize sales capacity through process excellence.
- • You will own core SalesOps processes including lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management, while maintaining pipeline hygiene and reporting across Awareness to Commit stages.
- • You will build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity, and report and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to highlight trends and proactively flag issues to sales leadership.
- • You will develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for Salesforce for AE/xDR teams, optimize the sales tech stack (including Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Gong), and partner with Sales Ops leadership on forecasting cadences and pipeline reviews.
- • You will troubleshoot data integrity issues, recommend process improvements, and work cross-functionally with business systems and enablement partners to launch new initiatives for the sales team.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in revenue operations, sales enablement, and GTM tech stack optimization while driving strategic impact through continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into action
- • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- • Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
- • Ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion and deliver high-quality results
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- • Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
- • GTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)
- • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
