• • As a Revenue Operations Manager at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will partner with a high-growth sales organization to drive performance against key performance indicators and optimize sales operations to maximize team capacity.
• • You will own core SalesOps processes including lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management, while ensuring process and policy adherence and supporting sales team success through enablement partnerships.
• • You will work within a mission-driven company transforming the $200B dental industry by building a global operating system for dental practices, backed by leading venture capital and focused on empowering clinicians through technology and innovation.
• • You will develop analytical expertise in sales performance metrics, gain hands-on experience optimizing sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong), and build cross-functional influence by partnering with sales leadership and enablement teams to achieve revenue targets.
