  • • This pivotal role is designed to scale our revenue engine across the entire customer lifecycle, encompassing everything from initial pipeline creation through to customer expansion and retention. It’s a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking, deep analytical capabilities, and hands-on operational execution.
  • • As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be a key strategic partner to our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance leaders. Your primary responsibility will be to design impactful programs, drive critical performance insights, and operationalize high-impact initiatives that fuel our growth. You will not merely analyze problems; you will be instrumental in building and implementing the solutions.
  • • This position is ideal for an individual who excels at thinking in systems and understanding tradeoffs, possesses a passion for data coupled with the ability to translate it into actionable strategies, can seamlessly transition between high-level executive strategy discussions and detailed hands-on execution, and desires comprehensive exposure across the entire revenue funnel.
  • • WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
  • • REVENUE STRATEGY & PLANNING:
  • • Partner closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership to define and execute annual and quarterly strategic plans.
  • • Provide critical support for territory design, capacity modeling, and optimal investment allocation to maximize revenue potential.
  • • Translate overarching company goals into measurable, actionable GTM operating plans that drive accountability and results.
  • • Proactively identify performance gaps within the revenue funnel and recommend strategic interventions to address them.
  • • ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE INSIGHTS:
  • • Develop, build, and maintain robust reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility across the entire revenue funnel.
  • • Conduct in-depth analysis of pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and customer expansion metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to Sales and Customer Success leadership to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements.
  • • Continuously refine and improve KPI definitions and ensure metric consistency across all revenue-generating teams.
  • • Support the preparation of executive and board-level reporting, providing clear and concise summaries of revenue performance.
  • • OPERATIONAL EXECUTION:
  • • Design, implement, and optimize core GTM processes, covering the entire customer lifecycle from Lead generation through to Close, Renew, and Expand.
  • • Own and manage critical GTM workflows, including lead routing, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle tracking, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • • Collaborate effectively with the GTM Systems team to identify and implement necessary tooling enhancements and optimizations.
  • • Drive improvements in forecasting discipline and maintain high standards of pipeline hygiene to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • • Actively work to reduce manual work, eliminate inefficiencies, and streamline operations across the revenue teams.
  • • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP:
  • • Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to:
  • • Sales leadership, focusing on pipeline health, sales performance, and productivity enhancements.
  • • Customer Success leadership, providing analysis on renewals, expansion opportunities, and churn drivers.
  • • Marketing leadership, offering insights into lead quality, funnel conversion rates, and marketing attribution.
  • • Finance leadership, collaborating on forecasting accuracy, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) modeling, and performance tracking.
  • • You will be expected to challenge existing assumptions, bring data-driven evidence to all debates, and actively influence strategic decisions across the organization.
