  • • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue operations processes across GTM technology and deal operations to ensure scalable, accurate, and efficient revenue cycles.
  • • Serve as the primary owner of CRM (Salesforce) configuration and data integrity, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams on deal pipelines, forecasting, and territory management.
  • • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and IT to deploy, maintain, and enhance GTM technology stack tools including CPQ, contract management, and revenue recognition platforms.
  • • Develop and enforce standardized deal approval workflows, pricing guidelines, and discount approval matrices to reduce revenue leakage and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • • Analyze sales data and deal trends to identify operational bottlenecks, forecast inaccuracies, and revenue risks, then drive process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • • Partner with Finance to align sales metrics, commission structures, and revenue reporting with GAAP and internal financial controls.
  • • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into deal velocity, win rates, pipeline health, and quota attainment for leadership and sales teams.
  • • Act as the liaison between Sales Operations, Legal, and Finance to streamline contract execution, reduce cycle times, and ensure accurate deal documentation in CRM.
  • • Implement automation and workflow rules in CRM and associated tools to reduce manual data entry, eliminate redundant tasks, and improve data quality across the GTM ecosystem.
  • • Train and support sales reps, account executives, and operations staff on CRM usage, deal process adherence, and technology tools to drive adoption and compliance.
  • • Monitor and report on KPIs tied to revenue operations efficiency, including forecast accuracy, deal cycle length, and quote-to-cash timing.
  • • Stay current on industry best practices in revenue operations and recommend technology upgrades or process changes that enhance scalability and reduce operational friction.
  • • Ensure all revenue-related processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • • Support global expansion initiatives by adapting deal operations workflows to regional compliance, tax, and legal requirements.
  • • Document all revenue operations processes, policies, and system configurations to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer across teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Operations within a SaaS or technology company
  • • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including configuration, reporting, and automation
  • • Hands-on experience with CPQ, contract management, or revenue recognition platforms (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, Zuora)
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data and translate insights into operational improvements
  • • Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing revenue technology stacks
  • • Experience working closely with Finance, Legal, and Sales teams to align processes and reporting
