This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping our financial future by owning critical aspects of our revenue engine, including supply planning, quota setting, forecasting, and economic modeling.
  • • In this role, you will be the architect of our revenue growth strategy, translating high-level financial targets into actionable, bottoms-up capacity plans. Your expertise will ensure that our investments in growth are not only ambitious but also economically sound and sustainable. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective incentive plans that motivate our Provider Sales and Provider Success teams, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with our company objectives. Building robust forecasting models will be a core responsibility, providing leadership with accurate insights into future revenue streams and resource needs.
  • • A key aspect of this position involves evaluating the return on investment (ROI) for our headcount growth. You will conduct rigorous analyses to ensure that every new hire contributes meaningfully to our financial goals and supports our long-term vision. This requires a deep understanding of our business model, market dynamics, and operational levers. You will be a trusted partner to our Provider Sales, Provider Success, and Strategic Finance teams, collaborating closely to align operational execution with financial outcomes.

  • • Furthermore, you will be at the forefront of economic modeling for our business. This includes developing sophisticated models to assess the profitability of different initiatives, understand customer lifetime value, and project the financial impact of strategic decisions. Your insights will guide leadership in making informed choices about resource allocation and market expansion.
  • • You will also play a crucial role in designing and administering incentive compensation plans. This involves creating plans that are competitive, motivating, and directly tied to key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive revenue and customer success. Ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company goals will be paramount.

You will work closely with sales leadership to set realistic yet challenging quotas for the Provider Sales team, ensuring alignment with overall company revenue targets.
