📋 Description

• As a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst at Legora, you will help scale the operational backbone of the company’s commercial engine by supporting quote-to-cash workflows, ensuring accuracy and scalability across billing, renewals, and invoicing processes.
• You will own day-to-day quote-to-cash operations including validating order and subscription data, managing billing exceptions, supporting invoice QA and reconciliation, and assisting with subscription and contract audits while partnering with Finance on reporting and process improvements.
• You will work closely with the Quote-to-Cash lead to optimize workflows across Salesforce, Nue, and other systems, maintain data quality, support documentation and governance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and RevOps teams to scale Legora’s commercial infrastructure.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS revenue operations, gain hands-on experience with billing and subscription systems, improve analytical and systems-thinking skills, and grow into a trusted operational partner positioned for advancement into broader RevOps or systems roles during a period of hypergrowth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in revenue operations, billing operations, finance operations, business operations, deal desk, or SaaS operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar business systems
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
