- • Revenue Operations Specialist at Form3, supporting efficient and scalable commercial execution across the business by bridging Deal Desk and broader RevOps functions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting contract management, coordinating RFP/RFI processes, assisting in pricing proposal development, managing deal approvals, maintaining accurate Salesforce data, creating subscriptions, developing sales enablement materials, and supporting GTM initiatives.
- • Part of the Commercial Operations team, collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure compliant and smooth deal execution in a fast-growing fintech environment.
- • Opportunity to build deep expertise in deal execution, pricing, and commercial processes while contributing to the maturity of revenue operations in a scaling SaaS business.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-5 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, or Deal Desk
- • Experience supporting RFP/RFI processes and coordinating cross-functional inputs
- • Confidence working with revenue data (pipeline, bookings, contracts) and maintaining data quality
- • Experienced using Salesforce and other CRM systems
- • Experience working in a startup to scale-up environment with evolving processes and increasing commercial complexity
