- • As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Light & Wonder, Inc., you will sit at the center of the company’s revenue engine, reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations and partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance leadership to design, build, and optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies and processes. This is not a support role—you will act as a strategic thought partner who challenges assumptions, brings data to debates, and builds scalable solutions that directly impact revenue performance across the full customer lifecycle.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning and executing territory design, capacity modeling, and GTM operating plans; building and maintaining reporting frameworks across the sales funnel to track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and expansion metrics; designing and implementing process improvements across Lead → Close → Renew → Expand, including lead routing, opportunity management, and lifecycle tracking; partnering with GTM systems teams on tooling enhancements to reduce manual work and improve pipeline hygiene; and providing actionable insights to Sales and Customer Success leadership on productivity, comp performance, renewals, expansion, and churn analysis.
- • You will also partner with Marketing on lead quality, funnel conversion, and attribution; collaborate with Finance on ARR modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking; support executive and board-level reporting; and translate company goals into measurable GTM operating plans while identifying performance gaps and recommending strategic interventions. A key early priority will be evaluating and implementing an AI assistant to augment your own capabilities, reflecting the company’s belief that RevOps is primed for AI-driven leverage rather than headcount growth.

Having recently raised a Series A and growing rapidly, the company offers a high-impact environment where your work will directly influence where the company invests, how it sells, how it forecasts, and how it retains and expands customers. You’ll gain exposure across the full revenue funnel, develop expertise in AI-augmented operations, and grow into a trusted advisor to GTM leaders through data-backed recommendations that shape investment decisions and improve forecasting accuracy and scalability.
- • In this role, you will learn to bridge strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving seamlessly from executive strategy conversations to building models, designing workflows, and driving process improvements. You’ll strengthen your ability to communicate complex insights clearly at the executive level, refine your analytical and modeling skills using advanced Excel/Sheets and BI tools, and deepen your expertise in HubSpot and GTM systems. Success will be measured by your ability to create visibility into revenue drivers, eliminate inefficiencies, and establish scalable processes that improve forecasting discipline and pipeline hygiene—ultimately enabling the company to scale its revenue engine with precision and agility.
