- • As a Revenue Optimization Manager at OCRA, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for hotel parking assets by leveraging data-driven pricing strategies and client-focused execution, directly contributing to increased net operating income without disrupting guest or staff parking access.
- • You will manage a portfolio of hotel parking assets, making real-time pricing decisions, analyzing market dynamics, and ensuring service delivery excellence through close collaboration with clients and internal teams to maximize RevPAS and client satisfaction.
- • OCRA is an AI-powered revenue management and global distribution system built specifically for hotel parking, partnering with 50+ operators and 25+ hotel groups across 600+ locations, having raised $10M in funding to scale its innovative platform that monetizes underutilized parking inventory.
- • You will join a team of parking revenue management experts dedicated to helping hotels increase profitability through intelligent pricing and distribution, working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where analytical rigor and client engagement are equally valued.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in hospitality-focused revenue optimization, gain hands-on experience with AI-powered pricing platforms, and build a track record of delivering measurable ROI for clients while advancing your career in a high-growth SaaS company transforming a niche but critical asset class.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, occupancy data, booking lead times, and competitor pricing to develop dynamic pricing strategies that maximize revenue per available space.
- • You will directly manage relationships with asset owners, delivering strategic recommendations and conducting regular performance reviews to drive client success and long-term partnership value.
- • You will apply advanced analytics to forecast demand, evaluate pricing performance, and proactively identify revenue uplift opportunities using Excel, BI tools, and pricing software.
- • You will collaborate with product and technology teams to continuously enhance Ocra’s platform utilization, ensuring operational effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with client needs.
- • You will create clear, actionable reports and dashboards tailored to client objectives and internal stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and revenue impacts through visual storytelling and data-driven narratives.
- • You will implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline revenue management processes, ensure consistency across accounts, and support efficient client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of direct experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or yield management, preferably within hospitality, parking, travel, or similar B2B industries.
- • Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in Excel, BI tools, and familiarity with pricing software.
- • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
