- • As the Revenue Partnerships Manager, you will be the driving force behind our partnership-driven revenue streams. Your primary focus will be on identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic alliances that unlock new avenues for enterprise client acquisition, expand our distribution channels, and create innovative bundled monetization opportunities. At Rwazi, we view partnerships not merely as branding exercises, but as powerful revenue engines. You will be instrumental in transforming these relationships into tangible, measurable financial outcomes.
- • Your core mandate will encompass the entire lifecycle of partnership development. This includes proactively sourcing high-leverage strategic partnership opportunities by deeply understanding the market landscape and identifying synergistic players. You will be responsible for structuring mutually beneficial revenue-sharing agreements, ensuring that our partnerships are financially sound and aligned with Rwazi's growth objectives. A significant part of your role will involve monetizing distribution relationships, finding creative ways to leverage our partners' reach to generate direct revenue. Furthermore, you will meticulously maintain and nurture a robust partner-driven pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities and revenue.

You will lead the negotiation of comprehensive partnership frameworks, ensuring clarity, fairness, and alignment on objectives and deliverables. Finally, you will be tasked with rigorously tracking partner-attributed revenue, providing clear insights into the performance and ROI of each partnership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a similar revenue-generating role, with a strong emphasis on partnership-driven revenue.
- • Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and closing complex partnership agreements, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- • Excellent understanding of revenue-sharing models, deal structuring, and financial acumen related to partnership agreements.
- • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
