- • Develop, design, and deliver occupational health and safety written policies and on-site training programs in both English and Spanish for Newfront clients
- • Support clients in completing risk control assessments and implementing improvement plans to reduce total cost of risk across Workers’ Compensation, fleet management, property, general liability, emergency planning, and business continuity planning
- • Partner with account executives and producers to strengthen client relationships and contribute to renewal strategy and service planning
- • Assist with sales and business development initiatives through participation in webinars, client presentations, industry events, and authored articles
- • Conduct root cause analysis of accidents and workplace trends to identify actionable prevention opportunities
- • Collaborate with account teams and insurance carriers to coordinate and prepare for loss control site visits, property reviews, and marketing report development for carrier submissions
- • Manage client deliverables and projects independently within established timelines and service expectations
- • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders to support service delivery and client retention
- • Conduct training sessions in field environments for groups of varying sizes, including agricultural and construction industry clients
- • Travel to client locations throughout Central California to perform on-site risk assessments and service delivery
- • Ensure all client-facing materials and communications are accurately translated and culturally appropriate in both English and Spanish
- • Support the development and submission of carrier-required documentation related to risk control and loss prevention efforts
- • Operate with autonomy to prioritize multiple client responsibilities while adhering to company service standards and compliance requirements
- • Represent Newfront professionally at client sites, carrier meetings, and industry events with a focus on injury prevention and property damage reduction
- • Utilize bilingual proficiency to bridge communication gaps between English- and Spanish-speaking clients, carriers, and internal teams
🎯 Requirements
- • Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English
- • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in risk control, occupational health and safety, or related disciplines, preferably supporting agricultural and/or construction industry clients
- • Valid CA driver’s license and personal vehicle for transportation to client locations
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, including training and presentation delivery
- • Ability to conduct on-site training and assessments in field environments across Central California
- • Self-motivated with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver client service responsibilities independently

- • Base salary range of $101,000 - $158,000
