  • • Drive enterprise sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with hospitals and health systems across the United States.
  • • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline using strategic prospecting methods including referrals, networking, social selling, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise healthcare clients, from initial prospecting through negotiation, closing, and post-sale alignment.
  • • Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and multi-product deals with hospital systems.
  • • Deliver strategic sales presentations using advanced tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, and DHC to articulate Medely’s value proposition to C-suite executives.
  • • Optimize sales strategies to accelerate product adoption and maximize economic outcomes within healthcare organizations.
  • • Provide internal stakeholders with strategic insights on healthcare technology trends, hospital operations, and client needs to align sales efforts with product innovation.
  • • Maintain meticulous records of all client communications and interactions within CRM systems to ensure compliance and accurate forecasting.
  • • Consistently achieve and exceed predetermined sales quotas, KPIs, and pipeline generation targets.
  • • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite leaders including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and CNOs across hospital systems and integrated health networks.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between client needs and Medely’s evolving platform.
  • • Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare facility regulations and industry standards.
  • • Develop innovative partnership models that emphasize long-term value over transactional engagements.
  • • Leverage deep industry expertise in healthcare staffing and workforce management to position Medely as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
  • • Utilize Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms to track progress, forecast accurately, and report on pipeline health.
  • • Operate in a fully remote environment with full access to digital tools and resources equivalent to an in-office experience.
  • • Contribute to building and defining a high-performing enterprise sales function within a fast-growing Series C healthcare technology startup.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of successful experience in healthcare technology sales, specifically selling to hospitals and health systems
  • • Proven track record of building and maintaining a healthy pipeline within hospital and health system markets
  • • Demonstrated success in cold prospecting and opening new logos within healthcare systems
  • • Strong understanding of hospital/health system operations and technology needs
  • • Proven experience selling staffing solutions to healthcare corporations and C-Suite executives
  • • Experience negotiating and securing MSAs and strategic partnership agreements
