- • Marshfield Clinic Health System, now part of Sanford Health, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented REVIT CAD Coordinator to join our Facilities Systems team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while contributing to the critical infrastructure that supports our mission of providing accessible, affordable, and compassionate healthcare. As a REVIT CAD Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plans. Your work will directly impact our ability to maintain and develop our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards for patient care and operational efficiency.
- • In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously gathering and processing information to produce and update a wide range of facility-related drawings. This includes creating new plans from initial concepts and existing data, as well as diligently maintaining and revising existing hard copy and electronic documentation. The scope of your work will encompass architectural designs, as well as the complex systems that power our facilities, including mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing layouts. Accuracy and adherence to established standards will be paramount in all your deliverables.
- • You will serve as a key resource for maintaining our comprehensive digital and physical plan archives. This involves organizing, cataloging, and ensuring the accessibility of all documentation, whether it's in progress or has been finalized. Your ability to manage and update these records will be crucial for project planning, renovations, maintenance, and compliance efforts across the health system. This role requires a proactive approach to information management and a commitment to maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- • A significant aspect of this position involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders, including facilities management, engineering teams, and project managers. You will be expected to communicate effectively, understand their needs, and translate them into accurate CAD documentation. Your ability to interpret technical specifications and requirements will be essential for producing precise and functional drawings.
- • The REVIT CAD Coordinator will also be involved in the standardization of CAD practices and procedures within the organization. This may include contributing to the development of drawing standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects. Your input will help shape how we manage and utilize our design data.
- • This role demands a strong understanding of building design software, with a particular emphasis on REVIT and AutoCAD. You will be expected to leverage these tools to their full potential, creating detailed models and drawings that accurately represent our facilities. Proficiency in navigating complex software interfaces and utilizing advanced features will be key to your success.
- • Beyond technical software skills, you will utilize the Microsoft Office suite to manage project-related documentation, reports, and communications. This includes using applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook to effectively organize your workload and interact with colleagues.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a methodical approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in CAD technology and building information modeling (BIM) practices is also highly valued.
- • By joining Marshfield Clinic Health System, you become part of an organization dedicated to improving the lives of others through exceptional healthcare. You will contribute to a team that values innovation, collaboration, and a patient-first philosophy. This remote position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our facilities and, by extension, the care we provide, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
- • We are looking for someone who can not only execute tasks with precision but also contribute to a culture of excellence. Your ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote environment will be critical. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in CAD coordination within a leading rural health system that is expanding its reach and impact through its merger with Sanford Health.
