- • The RevOps Analytics Engineer at LeanLayer Inc. plays a critical role in enabling data-driven revenue operations by designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers accurate and timely revenue analytics across client environments. This role ensures that sales, marketing, and customer success teams have access to reliable, well-structured data to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable data warehouse schemas, building and monitoring ETL/ELT pipelines from systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, developing analytics-ready data models using dbt, optimizing query performance for BI tools such as Looker, implementing data validation and testing procedures, managing access controls and documentation, and collaborating with RevOps consultants and data analysts to align technical solutions with business needs.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
- • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
- • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and working with Salesforce or HubSpot as data sources
- • Proficiency with dbt or similar transformation tools and Python for data automation
- • Familiarity with BI platforms like Looker and experience managing code in GitHub repositories
