- • As a Revenue Operations Executive at Tillo Limited, you will play a key role in enhancing how go-to-market teams leverage systems, automation, and AI to work more efficiently, directly supporting scalable growth across sales, marketing, and onboarding.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing automated workflows, designing improvements using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and AI platforms, identifying inefficiencies, conducting audits, supporting lead-to-cash processes, owning GTM tool adoption, collaborating cross-functionally, ensuring CRM data integrity, and using AI to streamline internal operations.
- • You will join a dynamic, globally distributed RevOps team managing over 250 automations, working closely with marketing, sales, onboarding, and product engineering to drive operational excellence and innovation in a fast-paced, hybrid environment based in Cape Town.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in revenue operations, automation, AI integration, and cross-functional process improvement while contributing to Tillo’s mission as a market leader in rewards and incentives across 37+ markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1 year of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or a related GTM support role
- • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar systems
- • Experience building or maintaining automations using no-code workflow tools such as Zapier or n8n
- • Practical experience using AI/LLM tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve workflows or operational efficiency
- • Strong process thinking and ability to identify inefficiencies across operational workflows
- • Comfortable working with operational data to identify issues, trends and optimisation opportunities
