- • Own and optimize HubSpot as the core GTM system, including architecture, data hygiene, workflow automation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer, and Partnerships teams.
- • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using HubSpot-native tools, n8n, Make, and AI assistants like Claude to eliminate manual tasks and increase team productivity.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for all GTM teams on sales tooling, driving adoption, onboarding new commercial hires, and providing ongoing support and training on HubSpot and related systems.
- • Manage and improve sales processes including territory planning, commission structures, and pipeline management, ensuring alignment between operational setup and commercial goals.
- • Generate and deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline reports by pulling, analyzing, and interpreting data to surface trends, anomalies, and gaps before they impact forecast calls.
- • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to understand their data needs and build tailored reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
- • Proactively identify inefficiencies in the GTM stack and implement system improvements, process optimizations, and automation solutions that reduce friction and scale operations.
- • Take full ownership of the RevOps infrastructure, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with the fast-moving needs of a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to define metrics, standardize reporting frameworks, and ensure data integrity across all commercial functions.
- • Continuously evaluate new tools and AI-powered automation platforms to enhance the GTM stack, with a focus on reducing manual effort and increasing team velocity.
- • Onboard and train all new commercial hires on HubSpot, sales tooling, and RevOps processes to ensure consistent adoption and effective use of systems from day one.
- • Maintain a builder mentality—ship solutions quickly, iterate based on feedback, and prioritize high-impact initiatives that free up team capacity for strategic work.
- • Work autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where processes are evolving and ownership of outcomes is expected without rigid direction.
- • Act as a bridge between technical systems and commercial teams, translating business needs into functional automation and reporting solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience building, owning, and optimizing GTM systems, particularly with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- • Proven ability to create and manage automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or HubSpot-native automation
- • Strong data fluency with spreadsheets; SQL experience is a strong bonus
- • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to build functional workflows or automate tasks
- • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, self-driven approach in a fast-paced startup environment
