- • As a RevOps GTM Engineer at Roboflow, you will play a critical role in building, customizing, and scaling the go-to-market technology stack that powers sales, marketing, and customer success operations. Reporting to the Head of RevOps, you will translate strategic initiatives into functional systems by extending Salesforce capabilities and integrating with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Customer.io, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency across the organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and extending Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom objects under the guidance of the Business Infrastructure team; implementing automation, workflows, and data models across Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools; supporting custom forecasting logic, pipeline inspection views, and reporting that go beyond standard Salesforce features; developing lightweight internal tools and custom views to empower Sales, RevOps, and leadership teams; refining integrations between Salesforce and GTM platforms such as Outreach for sales engagement, ZoomInfo and Clay for data enrichment, and Customer.io for product usage insights; helping design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered workflows for use cases like deal scoring, risk detection, and activity summarization; maintaining and improving system reliability, performance, and data quality across the GTM tech stack; and collaborating closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, and Engineering partners to turn requirements into shipped, scalable solutions.
- • You will join a mission-driven RevOps team at Roboflow, a company dedicated to making computer vision accessible to developers worldwide. The RevOps function is central to aligning go-to-market strategy with execution, ensuring that sales, marketing, and customer teams have the tools, data, and processes they need to scale effectively. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where technical ingenuity directly impacts revenue operations and customer outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce development and GTM technology integration while gaining hands-on experience with emerging AI and LLM applications in revenue operations. You’ll have the opportunity to architect custom solutions that solve real-world operational challenges, influence how data drives decision-making across the organization, and contribute to scalable systems that support Roboflow’s growth in the developer-first and PLG space.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience building on Salesforce in a developer or technical admin capacity
- • Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- • Experience implementing automation, custom objects, and non-trivial business logic
- • Practical understanding of GTM concepts: product catalogs, pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals, expansion, compensation planning and administration
- • Experience working across DealHub, Outreach, Customer.IO, Clay, ZoomInfo and related GTM best-in-class tooling solutions
- • Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the US, with hubs in New York and San Francisco
- • Impact-driven role where your technical contributions directly improve sales efficiency and forecasting accuracy
- • Exposure to cutting-edge AI and LLM applications in go-to-market operations
- • Collaborative environment with cross-functional partnership across RevOps, Sales, and Engineering teams
- • Professional growth in a developer-first, PLG-focused company at the forefront of computer vision innovation
