đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end Revenue Operations engine at Olivai, the first company to deploy AI Agents purpose-built for sales teams. You will architect and continuously optimize the systems, processes, and data flows that power our 5.2 M-funded, remote-first go-to-market organization.
- • Design and maintain a unified RevOps stack (CRM, marketing automation, product usage, billing, and customer success platforms) that surfaces trustworthy deal data and eliminates the “garbage-in-garbage-out” problem our AI Agents were created to solve.
- • Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to translate high-level revenue targets into granular, measurable OKRs; then build the dashboards, alerts, and forecasting models that keep every stakeholder aligned in real time.
- • Implement rigorous data governance and hygiene protocols so that Oliv’s Deal Intelligence engine ingests only high-quality inputs from meetings, calls, and emails—ensuring scorecards built on MEDDICC, BANT, and SPICED remain the single source of truth for every AE and manager.
- • Create scalable lead-to-cash workflows that shorten sales cycles, reduce manual rep work, and free the team to focus on strategy and conversation—the core value proposition of Oliv AI.
- • Own the pricing and packaging model: run elasticity analyses, A/B tests, and scenario planning to maximize ARR while preserving net-revenue retention above 110 %.
- • Build and maintain a predictable revenue forecast (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) with confidence intervals that the board and investors can trust; present findings in board meetings and investor updates alongside the CEO and VP Sales.
- • Establish territory and quota-setting methodologies that balance growth ambition with rep attainability; iterate on comp plans to drive the right behaviors without over-engineering.
- • Instrument product-led growth motions by integrating usage data into the CRM, enabling granular scoring and automated expansion plays for Customer Success.
- • Lead cross-functional sprint retros to identify friction points in the buyer journey—from first touch to renewal—and launch rapid, data-driven experiments to remove them.
- • Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ROI analysis for every new RevOps tool; maintain a rolling 12-month tech roadmap that aligns with company OKRs and budget cycles.
- • Mentor a high-performing RevOps analyst and a marketing ops contractor; foster a culture of documentation, peer review, and continuous learning across the GTM org.
- • Champion the adoption of AI Agents internally: become the super-user who trains reps and managers on how to leverage Oliv-generated insights to close deals faster.
- • Serve as the resident expert on sales methodology alignment—translating MEDDICC, BANT, and SPICED best practices into CRM fields, validation rules, and coaching templates.
- • Build a repeatable process for win-loss analysis that feeds product roadmap decisions and sharpens competitive positioning.
- • Design and enforce security, privacy, and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA) across all revenue systems, ensuring audit readiness at every stage of growth.
- • Collaborate with Finance to automate billing triggers, revenue recognition schedules, and churn cohort reporting—eliminating month-end close surprises.
- • Curate a centralized knowledge base of RevOps playbooks, SOPs, and training videos so that new hires ramp in days, not weeks.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—AI-driven forecasting, intent data, signal-based selling—and pilot emerging technologies that give Olivai a competitive edge.
