- • Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager responsible for leading project delivery, managing client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple Shopify engagements for a fast-growing eCommerce-focused digital agency.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects (builds, CRO initiatives, SEO retainers, support), maintaining timelines, budgets, and documentation, coordinating between development, design, SEO, and email teams, and ensuring scope and performance expectations are met.
- • The role involves serving as the primary client contact, providing proactive updates via Loom, email, and meetings, leading review calls and roadmap discussions, building long-term relationships, and identifying upsell and retainer opportunities.
- • The position supports team leadership by facilitating weekly delivery meetings, allocating tasks, conducting QA reviews, mentoring junior members, and escalating risks, while contributing to SOP improvements, workflow optimization, and commercial oversight including budget management and proposal preparation.
- • The role is based in a fully remote contractor position requiring availability during core CET hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with occasional flexibility for urgent client needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, digital agency operations, and Shopify or eCommerce environments
- • Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows
- • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana
- • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
