- • As the first RevOps Lead at ThirtyTwo Co Limited, you will own the systems, data, and AI infrastructure powering the revenue engine across 32Co, Aerox, and future verticals, directly enabling commercial teams to operate more effectively and scale globally.
- • Day to day, you will build and manage Claude skills, automations, and integrations; own HubSpot end-to-end across pipelines, automations, reporting, and data structure; develop BigQuery and Metabase dashboards for pipeline and revenue visibility; and proactively surface insights to improve commercial and finance team performance.
- • You will join an award-winning, Tier 1 VC-backed health technology start-up funded by the founders of Revolut, City Mapper, and Depop, on a mission to help clinicians deliver the latest healthcare innovations and improve care for millions.
- • In this role, you will define and shape the RevOps function from the ground up, build AI-powered tools that become daily dependencies for commercial teams, and leave a lasting impact on how the company scales its go-to-market operations with data and AI at the core.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years in RevOps, ideally with experience at a high-growth B2B startup
- • Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise including pipelines, automations, reporting, and integrations
- • Comfortable writing BigQuery queries and building Metabase dashboards end-to-end without relying on a data analyst
- • AI-native: daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n or similar, with proven experience building and shipping reusable AI skills (e.g., Claude skills, agent workflows) that others rely on
- • Strong systems thinking: ability to anticipate how changes in one system (e.g., HubSpot) impact forecasts, compensation plans, and customer experience
- • Commercially sharp mindset: focus on driving business outcomes, not just maintaining dashboards or reports
