- • As a RevOps Manager at Polygon Labs, you will play a critical role in bringing structure, clarity, and operational rigor to how revenue is generated and processed across the organization, enabling reliable forecasting and informed decision-making by leadership.
- • You will own operational guardrails around pricing and deal flow, build and maintain HubSpot as the system of record for revenue workflows, ensure data accuracy for forecasting, and streamline the full revenue lifecycle from deal validation through billing and renewals in partnership with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
- • Polygon Labs is a global blockchain payments company building infrastructure to move money instantly, reliably, and at internet scale, with a mission to move all money onchain through the Polygon Open Money Stack, facilitating trillions in onchain value transfer daily for major banks, fintechs, enterprises, and consumer applications.
- • You will develop scalable operational processes that improve revenue velocity, volume, and quality, gain deep insight into payments pricing and deal structures, and establish yourself as a key enabler of cross-functional alignment in a high-growth, innovative fintech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a high-growth or complex commercial environment
- • Strong experience designing and managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) as systems of record for deal workflows and pipeline management
- • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes that improve data quality, deal flow efficiency, and cross-functional alignment
- • Experience working closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and GTM teams to operationalize commercial processes
- • Solid analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
- • Strong commercial judgment, with experience in payments, fintech, or similarly complex deal structures
