- • As an Equipment Service Technician at Stitch Fix, you will serve as the on-site technical expert responsible for maintaining and servicing all automation equipment and machinery in the warehouse, ensuring systems run smoothly to support a top-tier client experience.
- • Day to day, you will conduct repairs, maintenance, and morning startups on packaging equipment, conveyors, air compressors, and other automated systems; manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules; use CMMS to track work orders and spare parts; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical failures; and collaborate with operations teams to coordinate inspections, training, and vendor support.
