📋 Description

• The Risk Adjustment Program Manager role at Devoted Health is a fully remote position responsible for supporting the Associate Director in managing day-to-day operations of the External Audit Program, ensuring alignment with program goals and regulatory timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a versatile operational resource across Retrieval, Evaluation, and Submission workstreams, partnering with leads to identify and implement process improvements, communicating updates and risks to cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting AI-native KPI monitoring using emerging tools like large language models.

• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare operations and risk adjustment processes, gain hands-on experience with AI tools for operational efficiency, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, and contribute to scalable, transparent systems that support leadership reporting and special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing processes with tight turnaround times, high attention to detail, and a proven ability to follow through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, proactively, and without ambiguity
• Ability to pull and analyze data using database query tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets), with appetite to use emerging AI technology to form insights and identify trends
• Curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI, including large language models (LLMs), and other emerging tools
• Experience in healthcare operations, operations, or quality assurance (desired)
